Since launching their career, David Leal and Gigi Ojeda, better known as Domino Saints, have claimed their place as one of the greatest trendsetting groups in the Latin music market, offering a dynamic original sound and fashion-forward visual brand that has resonated with millions of fans around the globe.  In 2014, Domino Saints announced their official arrival with the hit single “Tesoro”.  The duo achieved their first Billboard Tropical #1 with “Ya Quiero”.  They followed up that success with “Mi Orgullo”, which was selected to represent Puerto Rico in the renowned Viña del Mar Festival in 2018.

The start of the new decade also marked an exciting new chapter in the duo’s musical journey, beginning with a spectacular performance during Superbowl LIV at Miami’s Bayfront Park.  Shortly after, the pair released their impressive first full-length album “Island Kings.”  Domino Saints combined their lifelong love for music and fútbol in an incredible campaign for the anthemic and motivational hit single “Buya”.  Under the label, Toro Artists Music, produced by Gaby Metálico, the song was featured on the soundtrack of the 2021 edition of the globally popular EA sports FIFA 21 video game franchise and sparked a collaboration with David Beckham’s Inter Miami CF, which used the song to kick off the team’s inaugural season.  “Buya” was released along with an electrifying, high- energy music video.

2021 proved to be yet another pivotal year in Domino Saints’ stellar career.  With CVS they took the TikTok #OneStepCloser campaign to a successful new creative level with over 9 billion views.  They joined the ESPN team as the ONE APP Artist.  The duo was included in Apple Music’s series of exclusive playlists “Essentials” and they followed the accomplishment with the release of their hit single “Dancefreak” in May.  “Dancefreak” quickly achieved tremendous success throughout Latin America, taking the #1 spot on the Monitor Latino charts in Chile, Peru, Uruguay, and Paraguay, #2 in Argentina and Ecuador with a Top 15 in Mexico.  The music video, directed by the Hayes Bros, would later go on to win the Claro Music Best Music Video award at the Monitor Awards at Hard Rock Live in 2022.  As a result of a prestigious partnership with Mastercard, which named Domino Saints as ambassadors to celebrate music and sports in Latin America, the song was featured as a part of the iconic company’s campaign for Conmebol Copa America 2021, receiving screen time in commercials that aired in multiple markets in Latin America.  The pair was also invited to appear on ESPN Deportes to exclusively debut the song’s official music video during the live broadcast of the tournament’s semi-final on SportsCenter.  Domino Saints ended the year with style by performing at the Official Latin Grammy Afterparty in Hakkasan Las Vegas and was chosen “Best Dressed” at the Latin Grammy Red Carpet by Univision.  The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles personally requested the band’s outfits for display in the museum.  Gigi’s passion for her art is on full display as she designed and created the duo’s wardrobe together with her mother, designer Nivia Ojeda.

2022 Brought Domino Saints closer to the crowds of the fútbol fans that had been listening to the group perform with the release of their international collaboration hit “Rockstar”, featuring Dominican superstar Mozart La Para and D Smoke, the Los Angeles bilingual rapper that won Rhythm and Flow, and produced by Gaby Metálico.  The Song became official song for “CONMEBOL Copa America Femenina 2022” in Colombia.  The first time this major tournament has had an official song.  The group performed at the inauguration in Cali, Colombia and at the Final in Bucaramanga, Colombia with a full band and a glorious fireworks display that was globally televised.  Soon after the tournament the group released their second full length album “Future Love Games”, that featured “Buya”, “Dancefreak”, “Rockstar”, and the song that landed in Just Dance 2022, “My Way”, a bilingual dance anthem perfect for rocking the shuffle.

2023, has been an amazing ride.  Together with Mastercard, Champions League, and One Football, Domino Saints took their talents to the world of documentary TV and were the featured artists in the sports docuseries “Rhythm of the Fans” filmed in Istanbul, Turkey a month before the Champions League Final.  The docuseries showed the intersection of passions for music, football, and travel and was a total success.  The duo made an Istanbul Remix of their Hit “Rockstar” and Domino Saints returned to Istanbul to perform at the Ciragan Palace at the Mastercard Priceless Experience for the Final at the Champions League Final.  The duo released their celebration and sports inspired EP Champions Under the Sun.  After playing at the final, the group traveled to Spain to perform at the Bocalinda Marbella Music Festival at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella, Spain.  The group successfully opened the doors in Europe with amazing shows and along the road, the group has continued to produce new music and will be releasing a brand-new album very soon!
